We only contact the friend you name. We never share your details with them unless you ask us to.

The fine print

No gimmicks. Here are the rules.

  • Your friend must be a new DietOwl client, not an existing or lapsed one.

  • The first valid referral recorded for a person is retained; they cannot be referred again by someone else.

  • Submitting this form does not guarantee a reward. Any referral benefit is reviewed separately under the applicable programme rules.

  • We do not incentivise reviews or testimonials. Referrals are not tied to any public content you post.
